The dissertation is dedicated to comprehensive study of problems of commercial legal control in the field of legal succession of corporate rights. On the basis of comprehensive analysis of laws and regulations and academic literature the author has studied trends in development of corporate laws and features of legal control of legal succession as a ground for acquisition of corporate rights and has identified a range of problems in connection with commercial legal control of registration of corporate rights of legal successors. Theoretical legal principles of features of regulatory control of legal succession as a ground for acquisition of corporate rights have been analyzed. The author has studied the notion, content and types of legal succession as a ground for acquisition of corporate rights and features of each type of legal succession. Legal succession has been distinguished from similar legal doctrines. The paper offers identification and analysis of factors facilitating more efficient regulatory and government control of legal succession as a ground for acquisition of corporate rights. The author has studied commercial legal control of preservation and protection of rights of corporate entities in the course of legal succession of corporate rights. The paper contains a review of activities of public authorities in the field of state registration of changes concerning members of legal entities in the context of legal succession of corporate rights. The author identifies and analyzes existing shortcomings in regulatory control of the above process and suggests ways for improvement of government control of registration of changes concerning legal entities in the context of legal succession of corporate rights. The paper contains practical proposals and recommendations aimed at improvement of commercial legal control of legal succession of corporate rights.
