Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to the analysis of the influence of interactive learning, namely to psychological games on the development of elementary school pupils. There has been theoretical evaluation of the existing science-based approaches to the educational research and interactive learning. There has been investigation of the scope of psychological profile and structure within this analysis. Scientific credence, factors and aspects of the influence of interactive learning on personality of elementary school pupils have been also researched. The elementary school pupils’ specifics, conditions and main factors of the development of the personality formation have gone through this analysis. It is clearly defined that exactly interactive learning including psychological games and permanent psychological support as a specific organizational form of cognitive activity stimulates internal potential, optimizes mental development of elementary school pupils, creates comfortable conditions for learning where each student feels his success and brainpower. In the course of the analysis the influence of the interactive learning has been proved on the following: formation of a high level motivation for learning and class groups level cohesion; concentration and attention span; logical and mechanical memory improvement and reduction of the anxiety level of elementary school pupils. The conclusion has been drawn about new interactive learning methods particularly psychological games together with permanent psychological support which are an efficient instrument for pupils’ intellectual growth and development. The author grounded theoretical principles and recommendations approved and implemented in the educational process of Kyiv-Pechersk Lyceum #171 “Leader”, with the new methods of interactive learning. The development of the training program was carried out within the research and experimental work of All-Ukrainian level during the period 2015–2020 of the research laboratory of age psychophysiology of G.S. Kostyuk Institute of Psychology, National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine on the topic: “The system of psychological and pedagogical techniques in the educational process of a comprehensive school in the conditions of differentiated personality oriented education”. Program for the development of a person's younger pupils with means of psychological and pedagogical influence for elementary school teachers have been developed and tested in order to ensure the positive impact of interactive learning on the pupil’s personality development in elementary school.
