Terno A. Criminal liability for non-compliance with the judgments of the European Court of Human Rights.

The dissertation provides a theoretical generalization and proposes a new solution to the scientific problem of criminal liability for non-compliance with the decision of the European Court of Human Rights. The obtained results allowed to draw a number of theoretical conclusions and some practical recommendations for improving the current legislation of Ukraine on criminal liability. The dissertation examines the historical monuments that operated on the territory of Ukraine, and states that for the first time the rule on non-compliance with the decision of the European Court of Human Rights appeared in the original version of the Criminal Code of Ukraine in 2001.
