The dissertation is devoted to the study of the constitutional right of man and citizen to own, use and dispose of their property. The approaches of the European Court of Human Rights to the understanding of the concept of "property" are established, the signs of "legitimate expectation" are highlighted. The basic features of the objective right of everyone to own, use and dispose of their property are revealed and its author's definition is formulated. It is noted that this right corresponds to the positive and negative obligations of the state. The main features of the subjective right of everyone to own, use and dispose of their property are identified and its author's definition is formulated. Signs of the constitutional right to own, use and dispose of one's property have been revealed. The constitutional principles of property rights are classified. The range of special constitutional principles of private property law, special constitutional principles of public property, constitutional principles that enshrine the legal regime of property is established. Elements of the content of the constitutional right of a person and a citizen to own, use and dispose of their property are highlighted.
