Essay

The purpose of the study is the development of theoretical positions, substantiation of scientific and methodological approaches and development of practical recommendations for improving the management of the transformation of organizational culture of enterprises in terms of digital transformation. The object of research - the processes of managing the transformation of organizational culture of enterprises. The subject of the research is theoretical, scientific-methodical and practical principles of improving the management of transformation of organizational culture of enterprises in the conditions of digital modernization. The essence and content of the terms "organizational culture", "customer orientation", "transformation of organizational culture", "management of transformation of organizational culture" are specified. The organizational mechanism of management of transformation of organizational culture of the enterprises is improved. An empirical study was conducted on the basis of an expert survey to identify current problems, barriers, trends and directions of transformation of the organizational culture of Ukrainian enterprises of different types of economic activity. The methodical approach to quantitative assessment of the level of organizational culture, which has been tested at domestic enterprises, has been improved. The peculiarities of the organizational culture of enterprises in the system of corporate social responsibility are studied and proposals are made to make changes and additions to the current corporate codes in terms of personnel policy. The expediency of application of the method of analysis of hierarchies for an estimation and a choice of an effective direction of transformation of organizational culture of subjects of managing is proved. The strategy of management of transformation of organizational culture of the enterprises is developed. The key barriers that hinder the effective development of the organizational culture of enterprises in the context of digital transformations have been identified. Peculiarities of formation of digital competencies of personnel as a key component of organizational culture of enterprises in the context of formation of knowledge economy and smart productions are determined. A meaningful structure of organizational culture in the digital economy is proposed, the main components of which are digital skills and competencies, type of thinking and behavior, business relationships and sources of professional knowledge, career development models. On this basis, the expediency of applying a comprehensive approach to the digital transformation of organizational culture as a symbiosis and the constant relationship of influencing factors, components, digital competencies and skills in the field of information and communication technologies is substantiated.
