Essay

It is examined the International experience of prevention of involvement of minors into illegal activities. Existing programs and movements working in Australia, Great Britain, France, Denmark are considered; they help to bring up moral resilience in juvenile delinquency. The main preventive directions of work with minors as discussion of this problem, their involvement into volunteer activity and scouting are shown. It is determined that in order to prevent the involvement of minors into illegal activities, accurate and complete information about the actual state of the crime is required: the level and dynamics, latency, spatial and temporal parameters. The problem of «minors and criminality» was considered there. The author provides victimological description of minors, shows the genesis of juveniles’ victim behaviour. The issues of victimological personality formation of child victims are considered. It is noted that the victim behaviour of juveniles is influenced by such features of teenage psyche as heightened suggestibility in relation to adults and teenagers’ authority. In the article the structure and typology are considered and a classification of people in question is made. There are represented individual characteristics of the behaviour of minors during the involvement of minors into a criminal activity. It is concluded that the family members should consider the special victimological education of minors.
