Of these, 80 patients underwent hybrid surgery. Short-term and long-term results (after 6 and 12 months) of treatment showed that patients treated with applied hybrid revascularization had significantly better rates, such as limb preservation, regression of ischemia, fewer amputations compared to direct revascularization. The expediency of using the measurement of intra-arterial pressure and the use of FRR and the study of ET-1 and VEGF levels in blood plasma was analyzed. An algorithm for the treatment of necrotic complications by phototherapy and photodynamic therapy has been developed.
