The dissertation is devoted to developing theoretical provisions, methodological approaches, and practical recommendations for forming the enterprise's strategic continuity anti-crisis management mechanism. Theoretical approaches to determining the crisis causes in the enterprise's socio-economic system development have been generalized. Dialectical, ontogenetic, and nonlinear-synergetic have been referred to as the primary approaches. The «enterprise's strategic continuity» concept definition has been given in the context of each of mentioned approaches. The enterprise socio-economic system characteristics, which should be taken into account while ensuring business continuity, have been established. Such characteristics include the purposefulness of functioning; ability to self-organization and self-improvement; fractality; synergetic emergence; structural order; flexibility and adaptability; functionality. The business strategic continuity anti-crisis management organization's theoretical basis has been developed. The developed basis is devoted to a nonlinear synergetic approach and a proactive understanding of the business strategic continuity concept. The theoretical basis usage allowed to determine the risk factors structure in their relationship with the selected business continuity classification features. A procedure for assessing the company's ability to ensure business continuity has been developed. The procedure involves the following stages: components substantiation for determining the enterprise ability to ensure continuity, the information support formation, accuracy assessing for the financial statements information, different periods data comparative analysis, time series analysis based on reporting and business activity, integrated indicators calculation, and conclusions about the maintain continuity. From the analysis point of view, business continuity has been presented as an integral characteristic of the company's ability to accumulate the necessary resources to operate, achieve a given level of management efficiency and maintain the required level of stability of operations as a result of risk monitoring. The methodical approach to the enterprise's business continuity strategy formation has been substantiated. The business continuity strategy has been focused on defining the requirements, rules, and principles of resource accumulation to support the implementation of the enterprise's key business processes and activities. The development of the strategy was the basis for the development of the enterprise's rules and policies in the field of business continuity. The mechanism of enterprise's strategic continuity anti-crisis management has been formed. The mechanism has been based on the enterprise's strategic continuity management business-process, organizationally allocated in the enterprise's business processes' overall composition. The developed mechanism provides proactive development and corrective action implementation directed to restore or prevent business continuity loss. The response to the continuity losses time horizon has been expanded through offering the matrix «the ability to ensure business continuity – the enterprise's continuity management business process maturity». Determining the business process of managing the enterprise's strategic continuity has been carried out using the qualimetric evaluation. Tools and procedures of the enterprise's continuity crisis management mechanism have been improved. An enterprise's strategic continuity crisis management model bases has been defined. The model basis elements are divided among the continuous improvement cycle stages of the continuity management business process. Scenarios for ensuring the enterprise's strategic continuity have been developed with Bayesian belief network usage. Information-institutional and organizational-structural support of the mechanism of anti-crisis management of the enterprise's strategic continuity have been formed. The developed support advantage lies in regulation creating for the loss incidents monitoring process and in developing the business continuity support policies.
