Zaikin A. Digitization of the judiciary: theoretical and legal aspect

In the presented dissertation research the judiciary is comprehensively characterized as a state-legal institution in the context of ideas about the informatization of society. A comprehensive scientific investigation of the general problems of the state and law, determined by the digitalization of the judiciary. The methodological bases of understanding the influence of the processes of informatization of the modern state on the development of the judiciary are represented. Trends and features of domestic experience of legal mediation of digitalization of public authorities, including judicial authorities, are revealed.
