Essay

The dissertation research explores the conceptual components of the doctrine of certainty in law. Based on the achievements of fundamental legal science, the role of certainty in the system of properties and characteristics of positive law is comprehended. The features of scientific discourse in Ukrainian and post-Soviet analytical jurisprudence, concerning the nature of certainty in law, have been determined. The institutional and axiological aspects of certainty as one of the components of the principle of the rule of law are considered.
