Halytskyi O. Information resources management in the pedagogical university using web-based Computer Systems

In the dissertation the process of management of electronic educational resources with use of web-oriented computer systems is investigated. The state of the researched problem in philosophical, pedagogical and psychological sources is analyzed, the main stages of pedagogical diagnostics of professional knowledge and requirements concerning use of web-oriented computer systems for management of electronic educational resources are defined. The technical and organizational aspects of the use of web-based computer systems for the management of electronic educational resources in higher education institutions are analyzed. The content of the discipline "Creation and administration of distance educational resources" has been clarified, namely the content of educational lectures and laboratory works has been supplemented and a corresponding distance course has been created. Several magazines have been completed using the publisher's web-based computer system. The result of training according to the proposed methodological system of training is the formed knowledge, skills and abilities of information technology specialists on the use of web-based computer systems for the management of electronic educational resources in professional activities.
