The classification of legislative constructions of the Criminal Code of Ukraine is offered: depending on the type of criminal offenses (constructions of crimes and criminal offenses); depending on the form of expression (constructions of the Criminal Code of Ukraine; doctrinal constructions; constructions of administrative offenses that fall under the concept of «criminal prosecution», constructions in the legal conclusions of the Supreme Court).
