Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of geological and economic assessment boundary parameters, which form the commercial significance of coal deposits with insignificant reserves – as the research object, and development of tools for operational assessment at different stages of geological study. Objects of this study are coal deposits of Donbas with insignificant reserves. Belonging to this class is determined according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated August 11, 2000 № 1257 “On approval of criteria for determining insignificant mineral reserves”. This standard defines the boundary value of less than 5 million tonnes of reserves for coal deposits.
