Essay

The dissertation is devoted to determining the influence of bioactive water “Naftusya” on the entropy of the neuro-endocrine-immune complex in rats and patients with pyelonephritis to assess the body's response to the action of bioactive water “Naftusya” and a complex of balneofactors. To assess the entropy, the state of the central and autonomic nervous and immune systems was determined after loading rats with bioactive water “Naftusya” and prescribing to patients with chronic pyelonephritis a complex of balneofactors and taking the same bioactive water. Changes in the entropy of the neuro-endocrine-immune complex in animals and humans receiving bioactive water “Naftusya” and identified features of its action in different groups of patients were established. It was shown that the entropy of the regulatory nervous and endocrine systems has a real physiological effect on the immune system and its entropy. The entropy of the components of autonomic regulation of the heart and the spectral power density of individual loci of the electroencephalogram with the parameters of immunity have been established. Three variants of changes in the entropy of spectral power density under the influence of balneofactors have been identified. The relationship between encephalogram entropy parameters, immune parameters and gas discharge image has been established. It is substantiated that the entropy indicators of the neuro-endocrine-immune complex can be used to diagnose the functional state of the organism, including the control of the influence of therapeutic factors.
