Bliakharskyi Y. Economic and legal regulation of development activities

The dissertation is devoted to the research and substantiation of new theoretical provisions on economic and legal regulation of development relations in the field of real estate construction and preparation of proposals for improving the current legislation. In work investigated the concept of "real estate development", also the was provided a definition of development activity, its features, principles and classification are revealed. In work is investigated the concept of development project, its features, types, stages (phases) of realization. Also in work are outlined the current state and prospects of regulatory regulation of development activities. The concepts, types and legal status of the developer are clarified, including its purpose, tasks, functions, rights, duties and responsibilities. In work are revealed the peculiarities of contractual regulation in development activity. The concept of a development contract is covered, the legal characteristics are made and its types are singled out. In article are specified the essential conditions of the development agreement and its form, made a comparison of the development agreement and similar agreement constructions. On the basis of the study, it is proposed to amend changed in the legislation of Ukraine.
