Essay

The dissertation deals with possibility of using financial indicators to assess the corporations’ performance in the information economy. The essence of the concepts «corporation performance» and «corporation efficiency» in the context of its financial activity is considered. Performance is defined as objective-subjective characteristic of the form of corporation’s evaluation, which is constantly transformed and allows to compare expected and/or planned goals with those achieved on the basis of various quantitative and qualitative criteria (economic and non-economic) taking into account the variability of internal and external environment.
