Feicher O. The organizational and economic mechanism of management of higher educational institutions in art direction.

The dissertation is devoted to the further development of theoretical and methodological provisions and the development of practical recommendations for the organizational and economic mechanism of management of higher education institutions in the field of modern changing conditions of market environment. The paper considers theoretical and methodological approaches to the formation and the implementation of effective management policy in the field of art higher education in Ukraine, generalized scientific and methodological approaches to assess the effectiveness of existing organizational and economic mechanisms of management of domestic higher education institutions in terms of modern transformations towards European integration. The current condition and key trends in the development of the domestic network of institutions of higher education in the art field are studied; the features of their historical formation and development are revealed, which is due to the specifics of their activities; an assessment of the effectiveness of these institutions in comparison with the domestic higher education sector as a whole and the relevant higher education sectors of the world’s leading countries, which allowed to identify weaknesses and strengths of the industry, also to outline perspective directions of its development; thorough analysis of the foreign management experience with the relevant profile in order to adapt successful cases of management policy in domestic educational institutions. It have been developed conceptual provisions for the development of effective goal-setting and delineation of perspective vectors of strategic development of the organizational and economic mechanism of management of higher education institutions in art direction; identified key subsystems of functional support of organizational and economic management mechanism and formed the relevant ways of their further development in order to increase the efficiency of the art higher education system and provide leading image rating positions in the modern market of educational services. The obtained research results are presented as practical recommendations for improving organizational structures and processes with the further development of a roadmap for management actions for further implementation.
