Essay

The thesis is a comprehensive study on the issue of artistic-speech skills formation of a future musical art teacher in the course of conducting-choral training. The phenomenology of artistic-speech skills in the projection of interdisciplinary discourse is considered. In the thesis the essence and structure of artistic-speech skills of a future musical art teacher are defined, which consist of a number of components, such as: communicative-reflexive (desire to understand motivation and worldviews of the subjects of musical-educational process in order to determine effective pedagogical and communicative strategies; ability of a future musical art teacher to construct pedagogical-communicative strategies on the basis of ensuring dialogicity of subject-subject interaction in the musical-educational process); artistic-narrative (ability to create verbal support of pedagogical interpretation of a musical work; skills of designing artistic-speech pedagogical content of musical-educational process); creative-presentation (ability to purposefully apply the skills of artistic-speech explication of the performance-interpretive concept of a musical work in the pedagogical-performative process; ability to effectively organize musical-educational process by means of artistic speech). The essence of the concepts of “music-pedagogical communicative strategy” and “artistic-speech pedagogical content of the musical-educational process” is revealed. The methodological foundations are substantiated and the methodology of formation of artistic-speech skills of a future musical art teacher in the course of conducting-choral training is developed. It is based on the following pedagogical conditions: stimulation of personal-communicative reflection of future musical art teachers in the process of conducting-choral training; creation of a polyartistic-speech interactive space for conducting-choral training; stimulation of creative search activities for the realization of artistic-speech skills. In the course of implementing step-by-step methodology the following methods were used: artistic-speech self-analysis, reflective analysis in communicative-narrative forms, conceptual-interpretative analysis in meta-artistic forms of speech, heuristic dialogue in artistic-pedagogical communication, spontaneous creation of artistic-communicative situation, collective artistic facilitation. The criteria and indicators for assessing the level of formation of artistic-speech skills of a future musical art teacher are determined. The effectiveness of the methodology of artistic-speech skills formation of a future musical art teacher in the process of conducting-choral training in a higher education institution has been experimentally tested.
