Essay

Object - experimental cranioskeletal trauma in the conditions of bilateral ovariectomy; goal - to determine the effect of bilateral ovariectomy on metabolic and functional disorders of the kidney in the late period of cranioskeletal trauma and to evaluate the effectiveness of hormone replacement therapy in the correction of identified disorders; methods - experimental; functional; biochemical; morphological; mathematical and statistical; results - it is established that in the pathogenesis of kidney damage under the conditions of cranioskeletal trauma caused by gonadal removal, an important role is played by the strengthening of lipid peroxidation processes in the cortical and cerebral layers of the kidney; It is shown that in the conditions of cranioskeletal trauma after 1 month of the post-traumatic period in the cortical and cerebral layers of the kidney there is a violation of antioxidant protection, which is manifested by a decrease compared to the control of superoxide dismutase and catalase activity and SH-group content. In gonadectomized rats, the detected violations are significantly larger and do not subside after 2 months of the experiment, while in animals without gonadectomy, the indicators of the cortical layer of the kidneys return to the level of the control group; It was found that bilateral ovariectomy in female rats after 1 month is accompanied by a significant decrease in diuresis and glomerular filtration rate after water loading compared with rats with preserved gonads. The application of cranioskeletal trauma deepens the detected disorders, the indicators during the 2 months of the post-traumatic period are significantly lower in rats with gonadectomy; it is proved that when inflicting a cranioskeletal injury in rats with bilateral ovariectomy after 1 and 2 months of the post-traumatic period, the excretion of sodium and potassium ions in the urine increases, which is significantly higher compared to rats without gonadectomy; it was found that under the conditions of cranioskeletal trauma there are violations of the filtration and reabsorption functions of the nephron, which show an increase in proteinuria and a decrease in the clearance of sodium-free water during 1 and 2 months of the post-traumatic period. In all terms of supervision disturbances dominate after a bilateral ovariectomy; it is established that under the conditions of cranioskeletal trauma in the structural elements of the kidney there are changes in both the cortical and cerebral layers. Their manifestations are maximally expressed against the background of bilateral ovariectomy after 2 months of the post-traumatic period; It is proved that the use of combination hormone therapy in animals with ovariectomy for two months after cranioskeletal injury in the cortical and cerebral layers of the kidney enhances prooxidant mechanisms, reduces the content of primary and secondary products of lipid peroxidation and morphology.
