Essay

The dissertation for the first time presents a conceptual and methodological approach to the problem of development of normative behaviour of primary pupils, which consists in concretization and substantiation of the concept of normative behaviour of personality and verification of the holistic scheme of its structural and psychological analysis. The semantic specifics of the development of normative behaviour of the individual are revealed and the idea of the mechanisms of normative socialization of primary pupils in the conditions of the social-normative space of primary school is deepened. The strategy and means of studying the formal-substantive and substantive-structural parameters of normative behaviour of primary pupils are determined. The model of the development of normative behaviour of primary pupils is verified, the content structure of which is determined by the specific set of personal determinants. The factor model of personal components of normative behaviour of primary pupils is verified, the content structure of which is determined by a system of factors: “moral and value attitude”, “personal self-affirmation”, “value attitude to affairs, responsibilities and other people”, “emotional-value orientation”, “personal self-control”, “openness to the world”. The conditions of purposeful formation of normative behaviour of primary pupils as a set of systemic psychological means of activating their subjective position in the direction of differentiation and assimilation of the content of normative patterns of behaviour, as well as mastering and reproduction of the most optimal strategies and ways of normative regulation of self-normative behaviour schools. Psycho-training technology of the formation of normative behaviour of primary pupils as a valid and effective tool in the practice of their holistic and qualified psychological support in the social-normative space of primary school has been tested.
