The thesis for the first time presents a conceptual and methodological approach to the problem of developing professional competence of future managers of non-productive sphere in higher educational institutions, which aims at specifiing and substantiating the theoretical and methodological and foundations of the training of future managers in higher educational institutions. The sequence of stages and structural components of development of professional competence of future managers of non-productive sphere are defined, forms and methods of the psychological support for the development of professional competence of future managers of the non-productive sphere in the system of higher education are described.
The following issues got further development: theoretical principles of ensuring the development of professional competence of future managers in terms of clarification and separation of concepts "competence", "professional competence", "development of professional competence", which differ by taking into account the signs of the development of the professional competence of future managers and their resources during implementation professional competence of future managers and are the basis for the formation of the concept of development of professional competence of future managers and its further evaluation; theoretical principles of development of professional competence of future managers, which describe its object, subject, components, mechanism of provision and are based on additionally introduced principles, the implementation of which improves the quality, completeness and objectivity of the process of professional competence of future managers and expands the basis for making management decisions in this area; formation of principles of professional competence development of future managers, characterized by social responsibility in the formation of functional and resource strategies for organizing and implementing socially oriented practices in management processes at the main stages of value creation in the context of professional competence development of future managers, which allows to determine the dependence of professional competence of future managers on the activity of implementation of psychological programs and determines a high level of professional stability, has a positive effect on the indicators of their professional development; classification of approaches to the assessment of the development of professional competence of future managers, which takes into account the peculiarities of the assessment of organizational processes.
The conducted scientific and theoretical analysis allows us to conclude that professional competence is a certain set of knowledge, skills and abilities that contribute to the productive performance of professional tasks and achieve certain goals. Professional competence of managers involves a developed ability to make quality management decisions, the ability to motivate subordinates to productive activity, evaluate and analyze its results, stimulate team members to self-development and self-improvement. An important component of the professional competence of future managers is psychological competence, among the important aspects of which are the ability to predict the results of the workforce and the implementation of innovative approaches. The other important aspect is creativity. The basis of psychological competence of managers is a sufficient level of education in the field of the labour psychology, management, communication and leadership, which contributes to the formation of the ability to make non-standard decisions, willingness to take adequate risks and high level of emotional intelligence. Important in this context is the presence of developed social skills that will promote productive social interaction and teamwork, as well as a high level of stress. A significant aspect of the psychological competence of managers is the information culture, which provides for the presence of information worldview, information style of thinking and performs value-semantic, developmental, formative and stimulating functions.
