Tsymbal M. Psychological features of formation of a future officer as a subject of leisure activities

The dissertation analyzes, systematizes and substantiates theoretical concepts and scientific approaches to the study of the phenomena of subjectivity of the future officer and his leisure activities as a multicomponent structure. The theoretical model of development of subjectivity of the cadet of Military academy concerning own leisure activity in interrelation with functions and taking into account specificity of military service as professional activity is developed. Empirically studied and characterized the relationships and interdependencies between all indicators of these components of the subjectivity of leisure activities of cadets of higher education - future officers. The correctional and training program for the formation of future officers as a subject of leisure activities has been developed and successfully adapted; the efficiency of its application in the conditions of the Military Academy is experimentally proved.
