The dissertation work is to introduce into the educational process of physical education institutions of higher education individually-oriented method of focused training in exercise techniques, based on the use of sports technology (for example, wrestling), as an effective reserve for improving the health and psychophysical fitness of students with disabilities hearing. The paper complements the solution of the problem of physical education of students with hearing impairments in an inclusive institution of higher education, in particular, the use of sports technologies in physical education to improve the educational process of physical education, improve levels of physical development and physical fitness, health in general period of study. A unique form of integration into society of people with disabilities and health disorders is physical culture, as an important component of the entire system of rehabilitation of people with disabilities. Physical culture is the basis of socio-professional, socio-domestic and socio-cultural rehabilitation, acts as an effective means and methods of medical, professional, psychological, pedagogical rehabilitation, is present in all spheres of human life. Іt is proved that deafness does not limit the possibilities of physical development, impairment, it is possible to regulate and perform complex types of movements with the help of residual analyzers, to influence certain functions in a complex or selective way. The paper takes into account these features, оf the compensatory capabilities of the motor analyzer, when teaching the technique of physical exercises in physical. It has been proven that deafness does not limit the possibilities of physical development, but requires the use of many special physical exercises that allow you to get the same results as a healthy person. In case of hearing education classes, sectional classes in the chosen sport. The paper proposes a new organizational and pedagogical approach to training in the technique of physical exercises, which focuses on determining the optimal technical action, its correct image, the reference-oriented basis, built on the basis of quantitative and qualitative analysis of the kinematic and dynamic structure of this action. A structural and logical scheme has been developed and implemented in practice example of basic techniques in wrestling, namely: «transfer to the ground jerk by the hand», «transfer by rotation («turntable») by gripping the hand from above», «throw by the back (through the back) with the hand and neck «and» coup d'etat capture of the torso. «The focus is on learning to perform technical elements of wrestling, namely: stable, movement, grips, release from grips, embossing, jerks, maneuvering and other basic actions. An algorithm for teaching the technique of performing simple and complex technical actions is introduced, which provides for the performance of successive technical actions taking into account the operational psychophysical state, focusing on teaching methods: explanation, demonstration, performance of exercise technique elements, exercises in general, exercises with partner, exercises with a partner in different conditions, correcting mistakes, achieving the desired result. An algorithm for teaching the technique of performing simple and complex technical actions is introduced, which provides for the performance of successive technical actions taking into account the operational psychophysical state, focusing on teaching methods: explanation, demonstration, performance of exercise technique elements, exercises in general, exercises with partner, exercises with a partner in different conditions, correcting mistakes, achieving the desired result. The structural-logical scheme of the accented technique is introduced teaching the technique of physical exercises for students with hearing impairments in the program of the educational and training process of the wrestling section (Greco-Roman and free) of students with hearing impairments and the educational process of physical education of higher education institutions of inclusive type. The effectiveness of the method of accentuated learning is confirmed by the results of a pedagogical experiment on the dynamics of levels of physical health, physical and technical fitness, functional and psychoemotional states of students with hearing impairments of the experimental group. Significant positive shifts were found for all studied indicators of the experimental group (p≤0.01-0.05) and significantly smaller – in the control group (p≥0.05).
