Cherniavska O. Formation of physical culture and health competence of future workers in the process of physical education

The object of research is the process of physical education of future skilled workers in vocational education. The purpose of the study is to develop, theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the methodology of formation of physical culture and health competence in future skilled workers. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is that: for the first time the methodology of formation of physical culture and health competence of future skilled workers in the process of physical education is developed, theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested, it is based on a set of principles (pedagogical, modernization of professional education, health training); provides for compliance with pedagogical conditions (modernization of the content of physical training taking into account the specifics of future professional activity; introduction into the educational process of the elective "Physical competence as part of physical culture of the individual"; strengthening motivation to lead a healthy lifestyle and mastering natural remedies; activities in extracurricular activities, control of physical development and physical condition during physical education and health classes), improvement of methods (verbal, visual, practical), forms (educational, methodical and independent classes) and teaching means (didactic means, physical exercises, health-improving forces of nature, hygienic factors, sports equipment and simulators, computer equipment, medical devices); the data on conditions of use of types and forms of physical culture for formation of physical culture and improving competence and maintenance of the rational organization of theoretical and industrial training and active leisure are specified; issues of using modern types of physical activity for the formation of physical culture and health competence of future skilled workers, leisure, physical culture and health and sports activities, the development of professionally important psychophysical qualities of future skilled workers are further developed.
