The dissertation provides a theoretical substantiation and proposes a new solution to an urgent problem in the field of public administration science on the theoretical development and substantiation of methodological approaches to improve the mechanisms of public administration by the implementation of ISO international standards in the field of health care in Ukraine, which will contribute to improving the management activities of government bodies aimed at ensuring health citizens, the continuation of a productive life, an increase in the birth rate, improvement of preventive measures and the achievement of parity of economic and social components in the long term.
Implementation of international ISO standards in the health sphere of Ukraine is a progressive solution that will organize the work of medical institutions in accordance with modern requirements using better world management experience.
Ensuring the implementation of the requirements of the ISO series standards 9000 by introducing appropriate mechanisms for public administration will increase both the quality of medical services and the effectiveness of health care institutions as a whole.
Implementation of international ISO standards in Ukraine's health sphere covers not only issues of medical care, as well as auxiliary processes of the enterprise (resource management, processes for improving, risk management, etc.), and therefore provide new efficient management tools.
Popularity and world distribution of ISO standards 9000 are largely due to their universality, which is one of their main advantages. ISO series standards 9000 can be used to build a quality management system of any organization regardless of its sphere of activity, market, number of employees, etc.
The standardized quality system gives a consumer guarantee that it will receive one-high-quality medical care in any city, an area.
