Rudiuk O. Civil law regulation of relations under a bank account agreement in Ukraine.

This thesis is dedicated to theoretical generalization of characteristics of bank account agreement, analytical investigation of "bank account", "bank account", and types of bank accounts, Determining the place of the bank account agreement in the system of other civil law contracts, analyzing the sources of bank relationship regulation, identifying the specifics of legal regulation of the grounds for modification and termination of the bank account agreement. In this dissertation, the author pays special attention to the notion of bank account. Bank account is one of the main tools for the organization and implementation of financial and economic activities of all entities. Opening a bank account and using it to perform a set of legal and technical actions aimed at obtaining banking services and implementation of operations, enables the client to realize and control their own economic and financial interests.
