Osypova S. Strategic regulation in the field of social entrepreneurship: regional aspect

The dissertation is devoted to actual problems of theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of strategic regulation in the field of social entrepreneurship in the regional aspect in the conditions of crisis and challenges. The development of socio-economic relations shows that the market mechanism is unable to solve serious socially significant problems. Rising inequalities in the quality of life of various groups, unemployment, insufficient production of socially significant goods and services, difficulties in integrating vulnerable groups into economic and social life occur regardless of how effectively the economic system develops. Under these conditions, the problem of finding financial resources, including additional extra-budgetary sources, involving all segments of society in solving major socio-economic problems becomes extremely important. One of the state institutions that can effectively solve many social problems, receive additional funds in the social sphere, promote their optimization and spread in the national economy is social entrepreneurship.
