Object - processes of organizational development of the sector of small innovative and active business and its institutional and infrastructural support; goal - development and substantiation of theoretical and methodical bases and practical provisions concerning formation of the mechanism of organizational development of sector of small innovatively active business and its institutional and infrastructural maintenance of changes in the conditions of strategic changes; methods - empirical research, classification, causation, systematization, generalization and synthesis, systematic and logical approach, statistical, factor, expert and comparative analysis, economic-mathematical modeling and Microsoft Excel analysis tools; novelty - is to develop and justify a set of theoretical and methodological provisions and recommendations for organizational development of the small innovation sector in terms of strategic changes, its institutional and infrastructural support; results - methodologically completed recommendations for institutional and infrastructural support of the small innovative sector in strategic change; implemented - the Department of Economic Development of the Odessa City Council (letter 2462 / 67-07 from 31.12.2020), the NGO "Center for Urban Development and Information Technology" (reference № 125/3 from 21.09.2020; LLC "Technologist") reference № 3 dated 11.02.2021), Vinogradna Dolyna LLC (reference № 15/3 dated 15.03.2020), FG Yavir (reference № 14/3 dated 22.01.2021); in the educational process of Odessa National Polytechnic University of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine in the preparation of curricula and methodological support of disciplines "Modern trends in business and business environment", "Change Management" and "Organizational development of enterprises" (implementation act from 28.12.2020).
