Essay

The author of the dissertation has provided theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem, which consists in defining the essence and revealing specific features of administrative and legal provision of self-governing control in the sphere of land relations. It allowed us to substantiate a number of new scientific provisions and conclusions aimed at improving the relevant administrative legislation. The author has clarified the essence and content of land relations as an object of control; has defined the concept and has outlined specific features of self-governing control in the sphere of land relations; has carried out classification of the types of self-governing control in the sphere of land relations; has characterized the legal regulation of self-governing control in the sphere of land relations and has established the place of administrative legislation there; has outlined the tasks, subject matter and limits of self-governing control in the sphere of land relations; has provided characteristics of the system of entities of self-governing control in the sphere of land relations; has determined administrative forms and methods of self-governing control in the sphere of land relations; has generalized international experience of self-governing control in the sphere of land relations and has worked out the possibilities of its application in Ukraine; has established the ways to optimize administrative procedures for exercising self-governing control in the sphere of land relations; has defined the ways to improve the interaction between the entities of self-governing control in the sphere of land relations and coordination of their activities.
