In the thesis work according to the author 's approach the theoretical provisions, methodical and practical recommendations on management of competitiveness of the metallurgical enterprises in the conditions of ESG integration are formed. The variety of interpretations of the concept of «ESG enterprise competitiveness management» is unified. It is presented as a process of coordination of enterprise activities aimed at strengthening competitive positions in the target market due to environmental, social and corporate governance advantages over competitors and a strategy based on symbiosis of business viability and adaptability challenges of the operating environment, ensuring the preservation of the environment and the well-being of present and future generations. The system of criteria for assessing the ESG-competitiveness of enterprises, filled in with modeling and information tools, based on the clarity of delimitation of criteria and subcriteria for assessing the ESG indicator of competitiveness and its components, is defined. The author's method of integrated assessment of ESG-competitiveness of metallurgical enterprises is proposed. It is based on the synthesis of integrated and reference approaches to the assessment of business homeostasis, adapted to the information support of the Management Report generated by GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) and SASB, Sustainability Accounting Standards Board. In contrast to the existing ones, it provides an assessment of the extended homeostatic plateau of the dynamic system for determining the optimum thresholds of the ESG indicator of enterprise competitiveness and its components Ej, Sj, Gj, which should be the basis of ESG ranking and the fundamental basis for determining the strategic imperatives of competitiveness management in competitiveness.
