Shpatakova O. Formation of ecological strategy of development of the construction enterprise

The relevance of the research topic is justified by the need to develop effective strategic measures related not only to the passive resistance of construction companies to certain challenges, but also to the development ahead. In the dissertation the systematization of theoretical, methodical and empirical data, development of effective ways of formation of ecological strategy of the building enterprise is carried out. The theoretical and methodological approach to assessing the impact of construction companies on the environment is substantiated. The theoretical and methodological approach to assessing and forecasting the impact of factors on the results of the implementation of the environmental strategy of the construction company is presented. The list of estimation characteristics which give the chance to identify a level of development of ecological strategies of the building enterprises is defined. A comprehensive study of the state has been carried out, effective directions of formation of ecological strategy of enterprises of construction industry have been developed and substantiated. The conceptual and categorical apparatus has been developed in terms of interpretation of the essence of the category "environmental strategy of the enterprise", classification of environmental strategies of construction companies, systematization of indicators for assessing the strategic management of environmental activities of construction companies. Practical approbation was passed at construction enterprises, conferences, used in the educational process. It is proved that the use of theoretical and methodological provisions will provide both environmental and economic effects of the operation of construction companies.
