The dissertation develops theoretical provisions and scientifically substantiated recommendations for technical and forensic support for the investigation of crimes in the sphere of electronic computer systems, computer and telecommunications networks usage. It is known that the issues of investigation of crimes in the field of use of electronic computer systems, computer and telecommunication networks in modern conditions, are carefully developed in criminal law, criminal procedure and administrative law. Considering criminology, most research is devoted to the general study of the use of specialized knowledge in the investigation of crimes committed with the use of computer technology, the peculiarities of establishing the circumstances to be proved in cases of cybercrimes. There is no separate study of forensic support in the sphere of electronic computer systems, computer and telecommunications networks usage.
