Lekh R. Prevention of victimal behavior of a person as a victim of violent crimes

The dissertation analyzes the state and dynamics of victimological features, as well as the development of the main directions and ways of improving activities aimed at the prevention of victimological behavior of victims of violent crimes. As a result of the work performed, scientific and theoretical results were obtained, which are important not only for science, but also for the activities of law enforcement agencies. The history of the development of the victimological behavior of victims was studied. A criminological characterization of violent crime on a victimological basis was carried out. The characteristics of the victim of violent crimes, as well as the determinants of violent crime on a victimological basis, are determined in the victimological sense. The role of the victimological behavior of victims in the causal mechanism of violent crime is revealed. General social, special criminological and individual measures of victimological prevention of violent crimes are analyzed.
