Kishchak N. Economic and management toolkit for assessing the productivity of the operating system of construction enterprises

The dissertation is devoted to development methodological and applied toolkit for evaluating the performance of the operational system of construction enterprises functioning as executors (stakeholders) in the multi-project environment of development projects. The work of a stakeholder enterprise (CE) as part of a multi-project annual program is justified as a "specific core of the CE operating system", which determines the format and production and product structure of the OSCE and directs the resources and management potential of the SE to achieve a substantial increase in the value of qualified assets and an increase in the return on resources of the OSCE this stage of the enterprise's life cycle. Due to the multi-project nature of operational and production activities of construction enterprises, the core of updating the operational system of a construction enterprise (OSCE) is the operational system of developer construction projects (DCP). Therefore, the possibilities of BIM technologies, modern scientific and methodological development platforms, reengineering of operating systems should be adapted to productive transformations OSCE and the content of CE's participation as a stakeholder in the organization and implementation of the construction and development project cycle. - from the promotion of the initial investment and product idea to the completion of the development contract.
