Mazovetskyi R. Organizational and economic mechanism of state regulation of social security of the armed forces of Ukraine

Object of research: state regulation of social security of the Armed Forces. Purpose: substantiation of theoretical foundations and development of practical recommendations for improving the organizational and economic mechanism of state regulation of social security of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Methods: hypothetical-deductive; structural and functional analysis; comparative; statistical; prognostic; theoretical-conceptual, hypothetical-deductive; structural and functional analysis; comparative; statistical; prognostic; theoretical and conceptual. Results: an important scientific task was solved, which consists in substantiating the theoretical foundations and developing practical recommendations for improving the organizational and economic mechanism of the state regulation of social security of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Novelty: for the first time, the conceptual directions for improving the organizational and economic mechanism of the state regulation of social security of the Armed Forces of Ukraine through the definition of the system for satisfying the socio-economic interests of professional military personnel are substantiated; improved: methods of implementing the organizational and economic mechanism of the state regulation of social security of the Armed Forces through the formation of the main directions of optimization and adaptation of the economic interests of servicemen; directions for the systematization of foreign experience in the formation of the organizational and economic mechanism of state regulation of the social security of military personnel and the improvement of the social and economic security of the Armed Forces at the stage of transition to their recruitment on a predominantly contractual basis; received further development: methodological principles of the organizational and economic mechanism of the state regulation of social security of the Armed Forces of Ukraine; criteria for evaluating the work of professional military personnel.
