Pysarevskyi S. Mechanisms of public-private partnership management in the logistical support of the security forces of Ukraine

Object of research: public administration in the sphere of ensuring public-private partnership. Purpose: scientific substantiation of the theoretical foundations and provision of practical recommendations for improving the management mechanisms of the public-private partnership in the logistical support of the security forces of Ukraine. Methods: historical analogy, systemic; structural analysis; logical-semantic; economic analysis; structural and functional analysis; comparative analysis; legal analysis and structural and logical; SWOT and PEST analysis; synthesis and generalization. Results: an important scientific task related to the substantiation of theoretical foundations and the development of practical recommendations regarding the functioning and development of public-private partnership management mechanisms in the logistical support of the security forces of Ukraine was solved. Novelty: for the first time, the principles of the development of state management by public-private partnership in the logistical support of the security forces of Ukraine, which consist in the justification of the economic, organizational and legal mechanisms of state management, the general concept of which necessitates the application of innovative approaches to the economic, organizational and legal support of state management in the specified field; improved: the economic mechanism of public-private partnership management in the logistical support of the security forces of Ukraine; the organizational mechanism of public-private partnership management in the logistical support of the security forces of Ukraine; the legal mechanism of public-private partnership management in the logistical support of the security forces of Ukraine; received further development: interpretation of the theoretical principles of public-private partnership management in the logistical support of the security forces of Ukraine; strategic directions for the development of public-private partnership management mechanisms in the logistical support of the security forces of Ukraine based on the use of SWOT and PEST analysis tools; adaptation of international experience in the field of public-private partnership management in the logistical support of the security forces based on the study of the logistical support systems of the security forces of the EU and NATO countries. Implemented in the activities of: the Ministry of Strategic Industries of Ukraine; service and combat activities of the rear of the Training Center of the National Guard of Ukraine; National Academy of the National Guard of Ukraine.
