Dziuba I. Administrative regulation of the activities of territorial communities in Ukraine.

The research deals with defining the concept and main characteristics of the administrative and legal regulation of the activities of territorial communities in Ukraine and developing, on this basis, recommendations for improving the relevant legislative provisions and the practice of their application.The mechanism of administrative and legal regulation of the activity of territorial communities in Ukraine is considered and described. The international experience of regulating the activities of territorial communities was studied and the search for ways of improving the domestic administrative and legal regulation of the activities of territorial communities was carried out.
