Diachyshyn I. The influence of morality on the formation of legal culture in Ukraine.

The dissertation research substantiates the understanding of morality as a basis for the formation and development of the legal culture of Ukrainian society, which contributes to raising the level of legal awareness of citizens, the effective performance by the legal system of Ukraine of its inherent social functions: educational, ideological, protective, regulatory, as well as scientific and theoretical substantiation of the influence of morality on the formation and development of the legal psychology of the Ukrainian civil society by analyzing the category of moral and legal experiences that exert a motivational and pedagogical and educational influence on the subjects of legal culture, helping to overcome the crisis phenomena of legal idealism, infantilism and indifference. The author proved that the relationship between law, morality and other social regulators is mainly revealed through their interaction, which has a decisive influence on the process of formation and development of modern national legal culture. The process of the interaction of law and morality contributes to a deeper rooting of moral norms in society, while at the same time increasing the authority of law, the growth of its role as a social regulator. The position regarding the concretization of directions for improving the legal culture in Ukraine based on the moral foundations of society by defining two priority subjects of moral and legal influence, which are the state as a subject of law and society organized by the state within the relevant legal order is conceptualized. The prerequisites and features of the implementation at the current stage of the convergence of Ukrainian legal culture in the context of European and international integration are also highlighted.
