Ihnatenko V. Mechanisms of state support for the development of the agricultural sector of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the solution of an important scientific and practical task of improving the mechanisms of state support for the development of the agrarian sector. In the course of the study, scientific approaches to determining the content of the mechanisms of state support for the development of the agrarian sector were deepened, which is an important condition for ensuring the upward socio-economic progress of the state. The conceptual principles of the implementation of mechanisms of state support for the development of the agrarian sector are characterized, which contributed to the development of scientific provisions built on the basis of institutional-cognitive, systemic, synergistic and evolutionary approaches, taking into account internal and external factors of influence on the development of the agrarian sector. Scientific and methodological approaches to the evaluation of the effectiveness of the mechanisms of state support for the development of the agrarian sector are systematized, which involve the identification of factors that determine the possible directions of state support for the development of the agrarian sector. The main goal of assessing the effectiveness of state support for the agricultural sector is to ensure conditions for the activation of production-economic and socio-economic mechanisms. The effectiveness of state support tools for the development of the agrarian sector of Ukraine was evaluated by observing the following stages: analysis of the current state of the functioning of the agrarian sector and factors affecting its development; analysis of the level of state support for producers; analysis of the state of support for the innovative development of the agrarian sector. An assessment of the financial provision of state support for the development of the agrarian sector of Ukraine and directions for ensuring the stability and adaptability of the agrarian sector to the requirements of modern state policy was carried out: the use of direct and indirect financial assets aimed at supporting the economic activities of farmers, the preservation of their hired workers, the restoration of the technical characteristics of the export of agricultural goods and food products and others.
