Hrabatyn O. Collective agreement as a guarantee of ensuring the labor rights of employees

The dissertation is devoted to the study of the collective agreement in the aspect of ensuring the rights of employees, which in close interaction with the use of legal means of centralized regulation harmonizes the interests of employees and the employer, ensures the performance of functions and the achievement of the goal of collective agreement regulation in the field of labor. It is asserted that the analysis of the legislative framework of collective bargaining regulation, based on which the collective agreement is based, showed that in Ukraine, although a model of collective bargaining regulation is established by law, which is built on the combination and interaction of international and national foundations, however, its real implementation has not yet been built mechanisms capable of ensuring the stable and effective nature of social and labor relations and social progress in general.
