Essay

The dissertation is devoted to clarifying the essence and peculiarities of the administrative and legal foundations of interaction among subjects combating cybercrime, as well as developing proposals and recommendations aimed at improving administrative legislation in the relevant area. An assessment of the state of research on the legal regulation of the interaction among subjects combating cybercrime is provided. The concept and features of the interaction among subjects combating cybercrime are defined and disclosed. The current state of administrative and legal regulation of the interaction among subjects combating cybercrime is characterized. The essence of the concept and the structure of the mechanism of administrative and legal regulation of the interaction among subjects combating cybercrime are clarified. The principles of administrative and legal regulation of the interaction among subjects combating cybercrime are established. A characteristic of the administrative and legal status of subjects interacting in the field of combating cybercrime is provided. Forms and methods of interaction among subjects combating cybercrime are identified. The international experience in administrative and legal regulation of the interaction among subjects combating cybercrime is summarized, and the possibilities of its application in Ukraine are explored. Directions for improving the administrative and legal regulation of the interaction among subjects combating cybercrime are elucidated.
