Essay

The dissertation analyzes the functioning of the volunteer movement and charitable activities as forms of interaction between government structures, business and civil society. The historical stages of the development of philanthropy, patronage and volunteerism in Ukraine are studied. The elements of the forensic characteristics of fraud are singled out. Scientific views on the circumstances of the commission of criminal offenses are considered, typical traces and methods of fraud are characterized. The signs of a fraudster have been identified and victimogenic groups of victims have been identified. The peculiarities of the organization and planning of the investigation of fraud in the field of volunteer and charitable activities and the range of circumstances to be established have been clarified.
