The thesis examines the theoretical and applied principles of using special knowledge in the investigation of criminal offenses in the budgetary sphere and formulates scientifically based practical recommendations and proposals for their development and improvement. A forensic analysis of the use of special knowledge in the investigation of illegal actions in the budgetary sphere was carried out, and the factors determining their commission were determined.
