Essay

Object – the readiness of a future forensic expert to work with the problem of domestic violence; purpose – to determine the psychological characteristics and conditions for the formation of the readiness of forensic experts to work with the problem of domestic violence; methods – theoretical, empirical, mathematical and statistical methods of data processing; novelty – for the first time: the phenomenon of a forensic expert's readiness to work with the problem of domestic violence is conceptualized; the typology of a forensic expert's readiness for professional activity is revealed; expanded understanding of: the motivational and value component of the future forensic expert's readiness for professional activity in the field of domestic violence, represented by the terminal and instrumental values of the forensic expert's professional activity, career orientations, and academic self-regulation; the cognitive component of the future forensic expert's readiness for professional activity in the field of domestic violence, represented by adaptive basic beliefs, academic self-efficacy and self-control, implicit theories of increasing intelligence; the emotional and volitional component of the future forensic expert's readiness for professional activity in the field of domestic violence, represented by emotional intelligence and creativity, self-organization of activity; the socio-psychological component of the future forensic expert's readiness for professional activity in the field of domestic violence, represented by such indicators of the interpersonal sphere of personality as communicative independence, sociability, acceptance of struggle and communicative tolerance; have been further developed: means of psychological support for the formation of a forensic expert's psychological readiness to work with the problem of domestic violence; psychodiagnostics of readiness for professional activity of a forensic expert; results – the phenomenon of forensic experts' readiness to work with the problem of domestic violence in the scientific and psychological dimension is conceptualized; a psychodiagnostic toolkit was created to assess the readiness of forensic experts for professional activities; the typological features of the readiness of forensic experts for professional activity are determined; the specifics of the motivational and value component of the future forensic expert's readiness for professional activity to work with the problem of domestic violence are determined; the peculiarities of the cognitive component of the future forensic expert's readiness for professional activity to work with the problem of domestic violence are revealed; the specifics of the emotional and volitional component of the future forensic expert's readiness for professional activity to work with the problem of domestic violence are determined; the peculiarities of the socio-psychological component of readiness for professional activity of a future forensic expert to work with the problem of domestic violence are determined; a conceptual model and program for developing the readiness of a forensic expert to work with the problem of domestic violence has been developed, the effectiveness of which has been proven and can be used in the work of a psychologist.
