Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the development and substantiation of the toolkit of economic evaluation, selection and digital management of construction projects as part of the business portfolio in the operational system of the enterprise-developer in construction. The leading innovation of the research consists in the justification of the scientific and methodological toolkit, which, based on the improved system of indicators, realizes the economic evaluation of the portfolio of the development company's projects and ensures the readiness of the developer's operating system for digital administration of activities. The methodological basis of the work uses an innovative combination of the principles of economic diagnostics, factor economic analysis, construction development - with modern platforms for digital management of enterprises with a multi-task operating system. This provides an opportunity to adapt the economic characteristics of the projects in the portfolio - to the strategic priorities of the PD and digitally-adapted asset management of the developer company. A fundamental improvement has been provided to the target model of asset growth administration for the developer company. The developer's participation in the multi-project production program (portfolio) is subject to the strategy of cost and image growth. The model takes into account financial opportunities and typical construction restrictions, implementing a multi-criteria approach to determining directions of cost growth, optimizing the structure of funding sources for participation in project investments and their further implementation.
