The dissertation at the monographic level studies the theoretical and praxeological aspects of the National Police of Ukraine as a subject of prevention of corruption and corruption-related offenses. Based on the study of scientific works, problematic issues are identified that have not been researched to date, and, in addition, determine the practical need for scientific development. As a result of the study, a number of scientific provisions, conclusions and recommendations are formulated. In particular, the conceptual and categorical apparatus is revealed, in particular: the definition of the concept of "National Police as a subject of prevention of corruption and corruption-related offenses" is provided.
