Pyshkina L. The diagnosis, glinical picture and treatment of genital endometriosis in combination with chronic inflammation

The manuscript of the thesis is defended. Seven printed articles have been published on the tofic of the thesis. On the basis of comparative investigation of hormonal homeostatis, vaginal biocenosis the author scintifically and practically proves the necessity to correct local immunity and to cure chronic foci of candidiasis. The use in complex treatment of women suffering from genital endometriosis in combination with chronic inflammation of hormonal and antiinflammatory preparation, intravascular laser blood irradiation and pimafucini gives the possibility to abate clinical picture and to normalise the endocrine functions of hypophysis, ovarium, local immunity and biocenosis of groin and to improve psycological and social adaptation of married couples and to improve psycological and social adaptation of married couples and to renew sexual functions of women
