The disertation deals with research of the concerning the main industrial production funds reproduction and with the peculiarities of the process planning in the market conditions. The work shows the peculiarities of the main industrial funds circulation at the present time and factors influencing reproduction cycle. The principles of the proportionality and ballance are substentiated as basic for an enterprise stable development and its effective functioning.
