Prystash L. Governmental body of Western Ukraine under Poland (1921-1939)

The thesis is devoted to research of process of acquisition of West-Ukrainian grounds Poland, social economic position of Western Ukraine in a structure of Poland, organization both activity of central public authorities and management under the constitutions of a 1921 and 1935, local organs of management, including organs of self-management and organs of justice. The conclusion about actual discharge national minorities of Poland from participation in activity of organs of the state vehicle and first of all in Parliament of the state is made. The attempt of the authorities to normalize the relations with the Ukrainian minority was a kind of yielding, which made no influence on the antidemocratic character of the resume. The limited access of Ukrainian population to participation in the activity of local self-administration could not bring the cardinal changes into situation and factual deprivation of civil rights
