Pregnancy duration have been studied in 93 women with scsr on uterine after cesarean section (CS). Practicalrecommendations on pregnant women with scar on uterus after CS transaction have been given on the basis of clinical and paraclinical fetoplacental complex state diagnostics methods, including those suffering with extragenital pathologies. Pregnant women with scar on uterine after CS fetoplacental complex pathological processes development indepentently upon pregnancy difficulties presence and/or extragenital diseases begins at 1 st gestation trimester. Fetoplacental complex morphofunction state and fetus physical development transgression appear under influence of scar on uterine and myometrial structure changes at half of pregnancy. Along with chronic fetoplacental insufficiency development expressive compensatory-adaptive reactions form in pregnant women with scar on uterine fetoplacental complex and reach their maximum at 28-34 gestation weeks. Decreasing of their influence by the end gestatio n period brings to the children with prenatal hypotrophy features and fetus development delay syndrome birth. Positive sanatorium treatment effect on state of fetoplacental complex of women with scan uterine after CS was found as result.
